Whole-Home Odor Removal in Port St. Lucie & the Treasure Coast

Scheduled whole-home odor treatments for Port St. Lucie, Stuart, Jensen Beach, and Fort Pierce. Every room and your AC system in one visit. Flat price: $997. Hablamos español.

Port St. Lucie and the Treasure Coast have grown fast. You’ll find newer planned communities like Tradition and St. Lucie West, older block homes in neighborhoods like Fountainview and St. Lucie Southwest, golf communities like PGA Village, and beachside condos in Stuart, Jensen Beach, and on Hutchinson Island. A lot of those homes are seasonal or rented, and that’s where odor problems tend to start.

Why Treasure Coast Homes Hold On to Odors

  • Snowbird homes closed up for the summer. The AC gets set high or turned off, humidity builds, and the house smells musty when the owners come back in the fall. See why snowbird homes smell musty.
  • Rentals that change hands often. Smoke and pet odor from the last tenant sink into carpet, cabinets, and AC ducts.
  • Storms. The Treasure Coast has taken direct hurricane hits before, and a roof or window leak after a storm can leave a smell long after the water is gone. See why a house smells after a flood.
  • Homes bought from the previous owner “as is.” New buyers often find smoke or pet odor once the furniture is gone. See moving into a home that smells.

Odors We Remove

Is the $997 Treatment Right for Your Home?

Usually a good fit: smoke or pet odor left by a past owner or tenant (once the smoking has stopped and soaked carpet or pad is cleaned or replaced), a stale smell in a home that sat closed up, and odors that cleaning alone didn’t clear.

Not a fit yet: someone is still smoking inside; a musty smell that keeps coming back (that usually means moisture or mold, so start with a free visual inspection); soot from a fire that hasn’t been cleaned; or condo hallways, lobbies, and common areas. People walk through them all day, so we don’t use the whole-home treatment there; a building or its common areas need a different type of treatment. Call us and we’ll walk you through the options.

How It Works

  • A dry gas reaches every room, closet, and corner, including your AC system and ducts.
  • It breaks down odor instead of masking it, with no wet residue.
  • About 8 hours, one visit. Everyone, including pets, must be out of the home.

What the $997 Covers

  • The whole home plus one AC system: $997.
  • Each additional AC unit: $550.
  • An attached garage is included at no extra cost.
  • It treats odor only. It does not remove mold or fix a leak, so the source gets fixed first.

Condos in Stuart, Jensen Beach, and Hutchinson Island

A single condo or apartment unit is treated and priced like a house: $997 including one AC system, and $550 for each additional AC unit. Check your association’s rules for contractor access before you book. Hallways, lobbies, and other common areas need a different type of treatment, so call us for those. How Soon Can We Get There?

Our crews are based in South Florida, so Treasure Coast treatments are booked ahead on a set date rather than same-day. We answer 24/7; when you call, we’ll tell you honestly when a technician can be there based on that day’s schedule. If you’re a snowbird, you can book the treatment for the week before you arrive so the house is ready when you walk in.

Booking in 3 Steps

  1. Fix the source first: remove ashtrays, pet bedding, and anything soaked, and get any leak or AC drain problem repaired.
  2. Book and pay online or call: book the $997 treatment online or call 877-224-2532, and we’ll set your date.
  3. Treatment day: one visit, about 8 hours, with everyone and pets out. Vacant or seasonal home? We can coordinate access with a lockbox, property manager, or neighbor.

Musty Smell? Check for Moisture or Mold First

This is an odor treatment. It does not remove mold. If a musty smell is coming from moisture or mold, that needs to be found and fixed first. We offer a free visual inspection with moisture readings and an infrared (thermal) camera; lab testing is separate. See mold testing in Port St. Lucie or mold testing in Fort Pierce.

Port St. Lucie Odor Removal FAQ

Do I need to be home for the treatment?

No. Many Treasure Coast customers are out of town or the home is between tenants. We coordinate access ahead of time and send updates.

Is the price higher because you’re coming from South Florida?

No. It’s the same $997 for the whole home, including one AC system and an attached garage. Each additional AC unit is $550.

My house smelled musty when I came back for the season. Will this fix it?

Only after the cause is handled. Run the AC to bring the humidity down, check the AC drain line and any leaks, and if the smell stays, request a free visual inspection. Once the source is fixed, the treatment clears the odor that’s left behind.
