Excellent service, responsiveness, and value! Our house was flooded during Hurricane Helene and sustained water damage and mold issues. These issues were exacerbated by the fact that it was hard to find and book restoration teams in the aftermath of the storm. It didn't help that we were living overseas at the time. Fortunately we found James and FL Cleanup. James and the FL Cleanup crew were very responsive and got to work quickly. They were terrific about giving us regular updates and were always easily reachable by phone, text, and/or email - an incredible comfort when your desperately trying to restore your home back to livability. They were extremely knowledgeable and offered various options to resolve tricky problems in our older property. They completed every job on time and to the highest standard. I have FL Cleanup saved in my contacts and they will be the first call I make for any restoration needs. Highly recommend - 5/5 stars.
