Everyone Is Out During Treatment
No people or pets stay in the home while the treatment runs. Plan to be away for the day, about 8 hours. That includes dogs, cats, birds, and other pets. Fish tanks and plants should be discussed with us ahead of time.
A Trained Technician Runs Everything
Our technician sets up the equipment, runs the treatment through the whole home and AC system, and breaks everything down when it’s finished. You don’t handle any equipment or products.
You Come Back When We Say It’s Ready
The technician tells you when the home is ready for you to return. There’s no wet residue and no cleanup afterward.

Before your appointment, we send a simple checklist so you know exactly what to do, like what to put away and how to plan your day out.
What It Treats
This is an odor treatment for smoke, pet, musty, stale AC, and lingering odors. It does not remove mold and isn’t a medical treatment. If you have a musty smell along with allergy symptoms, hidden mold is a common cause, so start with our free visual inspection with moisture readings and an infrared (thermal) camera to find hidden moisture behind walls and ceilings.
