Is the Treatment Right for Your Rental?
It’s a good fit if: the smell is left behind by a guest (smoke, pets, cooking) or has built up between stays, and the source is gone.
It’s not the right first step if:
- A musty smell keeps coming back. There may be a leak or mold, so start with a free visual inspection with moisture readings and an infrared (thermal) camera. The treatment removes odor, not mold.
- Urine has soaked into carpet padding. That has to be cleaned or replaced first.
- You need a building’s hallways, lobbies, or common areas treated. People walk through them all day, so we don’t use the whole-home treatment there; call us and we’ll walk you through the options.
Condo and Apartment Rentals
Many South Florida rentals are condos. A single unit is treated and priced just like a house: $997, including one AC system, and $550 for each additional AC unit. Check your building’s rules for contractor access and scheduling before we book.
Booking in 3 Steps
- Book online or call. Book and pay online ($997) or call 877-224-2532. Tell us your checkout and check-in times and how many AC systems the rental has.
- Set up access. We coordinate with your cleaner, co-host, or lockbox. The unit needs to be empty, pets included, for about 8 hours.
- Treatment day. Our technician treats every room, closet, and the AC system, then lets you know when it’s ready for the next guests.
