How It Works
- A dry gas reaches every room, closet, and corner, including your AC system and ducts.
- It breaks down odor instead of masking it, with no wet residue.
- About 8 hours, one visit. Everyone, including pets, must be out of the home.
- $997 including one AC system; $550 per additional AC unit. An attached garage is included.

Is the price really flat?
Yes. $997 covers the whole home and one AC system, with an attached garage included. Each additional AC unit is $550.
Do you treat condos and apartments?
Yes. A single condo or apartment unit is treated and priced like a house. Building hallways, lobbies and common areas need a different type of treatment, so call us for options.
How soon can you come?
We answer 24/7. When you call, we’ll tell you honestly when a technician can be there based on that day’s schedule.
