Water Damage & Mold Remediation for Schools and Daycares

Private schools, charter schools, daycares, and learning centers across South Florida. Work scheduled after hours, on weekends, and during breaks.

When children are involved, parents and staff want answers fast, and they want the work done right. Roof leaks, AC problems, and storm damage are common in school buildings, and classrooms with carpet, ceiling tiles, and lots of materials can hide moisture and mold. We plan work around the school calendar, use containment to keep work areas separate, and give administrators clear documentation to share with families and boards.

What We Handle

  • Water extraction and drying in classrooms, gyms, and offices
  • Licensed mold remediation with containment and HEPA filtration
  • Disinfecting after the work is done (see below)
  • Scheduling after hours, on weekends, and during breaks
  • Clear reports for administrators, parents, and insurers
  • Storm preparation through a free Emergency Response Plan

Disinfecting Classrooms and Common Areas

After drying or remediation, or between terms, we can add our disinfecting service, starting with an antimicrobial wipe-down of high-touch surfaces like desks, door handles, cubbies, and restrooms. A school building, its hallways, and other common areas don’t get the same whole-home air treatment we use inside a single home: people pass through them every day, so they need a different type of treatment. Call us and we’ll walk you through the options and schedule the work for evenings, weekends, or breaks. Does your school or daycare require a specific product, including green-certified options? Tell us at the walkthrough and we can use it. Learn more about our disinfecting service.
