Water Damage & Mold Remediation for Healthcare Facilities
Hospitals, medical offices, clinics, and senior living facilities across South Florida. Experienced in hospital settings, with the containment, documentation, and discretion healthcare work demands.
A leak or mold problem in a healthcare facility isn’t like one in an office. Patients, staff, and operations can’t simply stop, and work has to happen inside strict containment and facility rules. FL Cleanup has completed large restoration projects in hospital settings on our own, working within the facility’s requirements from start to finish. Client names are kept confidential.
How We Work in Healthcare Settings
- Coordination first: we work with facilities management, engineering, and infection prevention staff on the plan and containment requirements before work begins.
- Containment and negative air: barriers, negative air machines, and HEPA filtration to protect adjacent patient and staff areas.
- Phased and after-hours work to keep departments operating.
- Licensed mold remediation (Florida MRSR4158) and assessment (MRSA4035).
- Thorough documentation for facility records, compliance, and insurance.
- Discretion: professional crews and confidentiality throughout.
Facilities We Serve
Hospitals, medical and dental offices, outpatient clinics, surgery centers, assisted living and senior care communities, and other healthcare properties across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach.
Disinfecting After the Work Is Done
Once drying or remediation is finished, we can add our disinfecting service, starting with an antimicrobial wipe-down of high-touch surfaces in the affected areas. A healthcare building, its hallways, and other shared areas don’t get the same whole-home air treatment we use inside a single home: people pass through them all day, so they need a different type of treatment. Call us and we’ll walk you through the options and plan the work around your departments. Does your facility or infection prevention team require a specific product, including green-certified options? Tell us during planning and we can use it. Learn more about our disinfecting service.
