Office Building Water Damage & Mold Restoration
Keep tenants working. After-hours and phased restoration for office buildings, medical office buildings, and business centers across South Florida.
In an office building, a failed sprinkler line, roof drain, restroom supply line, or rooftop AC unit can soak ceiling tiles, carpet, drywall, and electronics across multiple suites. Tenants need to keep working, property managers need answers, and owners need documentation. We plan the work in phases and after hours to keep as much of the building open as possible.
What We Handle
- Water extraction and drying across suites, corridors, and floors
- Wet ceiling tile, carpet, and drywall removal with minimal disruption
- Licensed mold remediation with containment in occupied buildings
- Disinfecting suites, plus options for common areas (see below)
- Storm and roof leak response
- Documentation for building owners, tenants, and insurers
Disinfecting Suites and Common Areas
After water or mold work, between tenants, or after illness goes around an office, we can add our disinfecting service to a suite: an antimicrobial wipe-down of high-touch surfaces like desks, door handles, break rooms, and restrooms, then an air treatment that reaches the suite’s AC system and spaces a wipe can’t. The suite needs to be empty about 8 hours, so we schedule it for nights or weekends. Corridors, lobbies, elevators, and other common areas are different: people pass through them all day, so they don’t get the same air treatment and need a different type of treatment. Call us and we’ll walk you through the options. Does your building or tenant require a specific product, including green-certified options? Tell us and we can use it.
