The Situation
A hurricane pushed flood water into the ground-floor units of a residential property in the Tampa area. By the time remediation could begin, the water damage had turned into mold across more than 40 units. The scope required removing and disposing of affected drywall and materials throughout, plus containment, drying, and cleaning, on a scale the original contractor couldn’t cover alone.
Why We Were Called

What We Did
- Took responsibility for half of the property with our own crew and equipment, while the two other companies shared the other half.

- Coordinated daily with the lead contractor on schedule and progress.
The Result
The project was completed in about three weeks. Our crew moved quickly enough that the lead contractor asked us to pace our section to match the rest of the site. Our half was ready well ahead of what our crew needed.
