Commercial Mold Remediation in South Florida
Florida-licensed mold remediation for multi-unit buildings, hotels, offices, and public facilities, from a single unit to dozens at once.
In commercial buildings, mold rarely stays in one room. After a hurricane flood, a roof failure, or a long-running plumbing leak, it can spread through ground-floor units, shared walls, ceilings, and HVAC systems. We’ve handled multi-unit flood-to-mold projects, including a 40+ unit hurricane project worked alongside two partner companies, where our team completed half the property using our own equipment.
How We Run Commercial Mold Projects
- Assessment and scope: moisture mapping and inspection across affected units and areas. Florida has specific rules about mold assessment and remediation on the same property, and we’ll explain how they apply to your project.
- Containment: barriers and negative air to protect occupied areas, hallways, and HVAC.
- Removal: contaminated drywall, insulation, and materials removed and bagged, with HEPA air filtration throughout.
- Drying and moisture control: the moisture source fixed or clearly reported so mold doesn’t return.
- Documentation: unit-by-unit records, photos, and reports for owners, boards, and insurers.
Working in Occupied Buildings
- Phased schedules to limit displacement
- Clean, sealed work zones and controlled access
- Resident and tenant communication support
