Water Damage Restoration in Parkland, FL

24/7 emergency water removal and drying for Parkland homes. Family-owned, licensed, and IICRC certified. Hablamos español.

Parkland’s larger family homes have more bathrooms, more AC units, and more plumbing, so there are more places for a leak to start and hide. Second-floor bathrooms and laundry rooms can send water through ceilings into the rooms below, and wood floors and custom cabinets soak it up fast. Fast water removal and proper drying make the difference between a repair and a full renovation.

FL Cleanup is a family-owned restoration company that has served South Florida since 2016. We’re IICRC certified, licensed, insured, and have 200+ five-star Google reviews.

What to Do Right Now

Parkland Water Damage FAQ

Can you save wood floors?

Sometimes. It depends on the type of floor and how long it was wet. We measure moisture and use specialized drying when it makes sense, and we’ll tell you honestly when it doesn’t.

How fast can mold grow after water damage?

Mold can begin growing on wet materials within 24 to 48 hours in South Florida humidity. If water sat for a while before it was found, there may already be mold, and we’ll check.

Will insurance cover it?

Many policies cover sudden water damage like a burst pipe. Long-term leaks and outside flood water are often treated differently. Report the loss promptly. We document everything and can work with your adjuster.

Everything is dry, but the house still smells. What now?

First, make sure nothing is still wet. A smell that hangs on after drying can mean moisture was missed inside a wall, under a floor, or in a cabinet, so start with a free visual inspection with moisture readings and an infrared (thermal) camera. Once the source is fixed and everything is dry, our whole-home odor removal treatment clears the leftover smell: $997 including one AC system, $550 for each extra AC unit, attached garage included, and you stay out about 8 hours. It treats odor only, so the source always gets fixed first. Many Parkland homes have more than one AC system; we’ll confirm the count with you before booking.
