Our Post-Construction Cleaning Phases
1. Rough Clean
After drywall and before paint and finishes: debris removal, sweeping, vacuuming dust off framing, floors, and window sills, and clearing work areas so trades can keep moving.
2. Final Clean
After finishes are installed: detailed top-to-bottom cleaning so the space is move-in or inspection ready.
- Fine dust removal from walls, ceilings, trim, baseboards, and door frames
- Inside and outside of cabinets, drawers, and closets
- Countertops, appliances, sinks, fixtures, and hardware
- Bathroom tile, glass, mirrors, and grout haze
- Interior windows, sills, and tracks
- Light fixtures, switches, outlets, vent covers, and ceiling fans
- Floors vacuumed and cleaned for the floor type: tile, wood, LVP, or concrete
- Paint specks, stickers, and labels removed
3. Touch-Up Clean
Right before the walkthrough, closing, or move-in: a quick pass to catch dust from last-minute punch-list work.

Add-On: Whole-Property Disinfecting
For medical suites, daycares, senior living, or any owner who wants it, we can add our disinfecting service after the final clean: a whole-property antimicrobial wipe-down of high-touch surfaces, then a whole-home air treatment that reaches the AC system and areas a wipe can’t. - Scheduling. We book the rough, final, and touch-up cleans around your trades and inspection dates.
- Cleaning. Our crew works top to bottom, room by room.
- Final walkthrough. We walk it with you and fix anything you flag before sign-off.

Post-Construction Cleaning FAQ
What’s the difference between a rough clean and a final clean?
A rough clean happens mid-project to clear debris and heavy dust so trades can keep working. A final clean happens after finishes are in, and it’s the detailed clean that makes the space move-in or inspection ready.
How much does post-construction cleaning cost?
It depends on square footage, how much dust and debris there is, the number of bathrooms and windows, and whether you need one visit or rough, final, and touch-up cleans. We give a clear quote after a walkthrough.
Do you do commercial build-outs?
Yes. Offices, retail stores, restaurants, medical suites, and multi-unit residential. We can work nights and weekends to stay out of your schedule.
Do you haul away construction debris?
We remove cleaning debris and light leftover construction material. Large dumpster-level debris is usually handled by the GC. Tell us what’s on site at the walkthrough and we’ll confirm.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. Let us know who needs to be listed and we’ll send it.
